Board Room & Podcast Studio
Our executive boardroom is designed for conversations that matter. Finished to a high professional standard, it provides an impressive setting for strategy meetings, presentations, and important client discussions. The space also converts seamlessly into a fully equipped podcast and media studio, enabling members to record interviews, host discussions, and produce high-quality content within a refined and private environment. It is a versatile space where ideas are not only discussed, but shared with the wider world.
Event Spaces
Our glamorous event spaces are designed to host gatherings of scale, energy, and distinction. The Brick Lane Conference Centre accommodates up to 1,000 guests and features a striking rooftop pavilion, creating an impressive setting for conferences, launches, and large-scale events.The Borough Conference Centre hosts up to 500 guests and flows seamlessly into a beautiful adjoining park, offering a rare indoor–outdoor atmosphere that brings space, light, and elegance to gatherings of every kind.
Carefully Curated Workspaces
Our dedicated working kitchen is more than a place to prepare meals — it’s a space designed for collaboration, creativity, and inspiration. Equipped with a large screen and a brainstorming glass whiteboard, it provides the perfect environment for team sessions, idea generation, and informal meetings. Members also enjoy exclusive rights to use H’s Café next door, one of London’s oldest heritage cafés, with access to its charming garden terrace overlooking the docks — blending history, atmosphere, and community in every visit.

Members' Cafe
Located just next door to Veloa.Space, H's Cafe offers a relaxed and inspiring extension of the working environment. One of London’s oldest cafés overlooking the historic docks, it provides a unique setting where members can work, meet, and connect throughout the day. Members are welcome to use the café as an informal workspace, host client meetings, or simply step away from their desk for a change of atmosphere. Veloa.Space members enjoy an exclusive 10% discount, making the café not only a place to refuel, but a natural hub for conversation, collaboration, and community.
Forthcoming Mosque & Faith Centre
A new dedicated prayer and reflection space is coming soon to Veloa.Space, located within the ground and basement floors of a brand new modern building at 20 Albion Street. Designed to serve both brothers and sisters, the space will offer a peaceful and welcoming environment for congregational prayer as well as quiet, individual meditation.In a fast-paced world, the ability to pause, reflect, and reset is invaluable—something increasingly embraced by high-performing individuals and leading CEOs who incorporate meditation into their daily routines. This space has been thoughtfully created to support both spiritual practice and personal wellbeing, providing a calm sanctuary within the energy of the city.
